Abstract: This is the story of Walter Upton and of the time that he spends at Woodcraft Camp, a camp designed by Dr. Merriam as a vacation school designed to instill all the virtues that the Boy Scouts of America values, such as self-reliance and strength of character. Walton makes many friends and has many adventures and helps to catch a poacher.
